No incoming e-mail

Hello, I created an email [email protected] but all the email sent to the address doesn’t come in. I have written my host and they said it not from them and advice me to contact cloudflare. Please Cloudflare what can I do to start receiving email.

Post your DNS Setup (Screenshot from DNS Section in your CloudFlare Dashboard) so we can help you.
There are a lot of thing you can do wrong, but none of them are related to CloudFlare, much more likely that you just missconfigurated something

Did you try sending a test Email from a different Domain? Was there a bounce?
Any chance that you’ve configured a greylist/Blacklist?

I really think I am not educated on Cloudflare so I just need help in fixing it. I cant read and understand now

There is an error being returned from the mail server configured for your domain.

This error is being generated by the server you’ve specified to accept mail for your domain. That server is not managed by Cloudflare. You will need to speak to the company providing your mail services to determine the issue/root cause.
