alot of the users are not getting the verif email with the code anyway to look in the log whats going on?

Is that for the email you are using here @sam61? I show those as delivered. If for a different email (account) can you try these recovery links?

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

These links may help, but they only work when logged out

If you know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password
If you know the email and have 2FA issues: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help
If you don’t know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

i have a bunch of email addresses of users that wont work

Can you create an account ticket & share those emails on that ticket? You can create a ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support.

Once you have that ticket number, please share it here so that we can track it. You could have the folks having issues try these recovery links as that may yield a faster resolution.

is there a log we can see whats coming to the server and not going further

No. Not that is visible from the dashboard, we can see email sends & delivery and tickets and tickets created as a result of those reset links.

I didn’t want to post those email addresses online.
Also im using the free account from cloudflare

I still cant open a ticket

Are you asking about a verify code for logging into the Cloudflare dashboard (as this ticket is categorized) or a verify code for an application protected by cloudflare Access?

If it is the former, how likely is it that a large number of your users have chosen to unsubscribe from Cloudflare services completely causing this issue? If it is likely (which seems unlikely) then open an account type ticket and provide details or have the user in question do so.

More likely you should check your mail / spam filtering logs.

If this is instead Cloudflare Access related you will need to clarify with additional detail.

The verify code doesn’t come, its not in spam and there isnt any filter on the network.
I dont think they unsubscribed i tried removing them and adding them back that didn’t help

Who are them? What specifically did you remove and add them back from? I’m sorry you probably know exactly what you are describing but it is not immediately obvious to others who aren’t seeing the screens you are.
