What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I use the pro plan. I want to use the cloudflare and they said that the password and account is not match. I reset the password. Cloudflare can’t receive the email about the reset password.
Now I need to login the cloudflare. Please help!! thanks.

No. We don’t receive the reset password. I think that We are unable to receive password reset emails, likely due to unauthorized access or identity theft.
