No edit button for changing nameservers

Hi, i need some help here

I have a domain regirested with cloudflare and a hosting with another site and i have been trying to change the nameservers but i cant find any edit button and its only showing me the cloudflare nameservers without any option to change. Is there anything i can do

If you want to delegate your domain to other name servers, then the domain must be transferred out of Cloudflare first.

6.1 Nameservers. Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.

7.2 nameservers

Registrant agrees to use Cloudflare’s nameservers. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IT MAY NOT CHANGE THE NAMESERVERS ON THE REGISTRAR SERVICES, AND THAT IT MUST TRANSFER TO A THIRD PARTY REGISTRAR IF IT WISHES TO CHANGE NAMESERVERS.

So i can only use cloudflare to host my site or is there really no other way other than transfering my domain , sorry iam a little clueless abt everything rn

You don’t (always) need to change the delegation of name servers in order to change hosting provider.

Most often, you can just point your (sub-)domains towards your hosting provider via DNS records of the type AAAA, A or CNAME.

The content you need for those AAAA, A or CNAME records would be something you would need to retrieve from the hosting provider.

Once you have the required information, you can perform the changes required to the respective DNS record(s) through your Cloudflare Dashboard.

you can add an “NS” record to your cloudflare DNS records for your hostname. you’ll want to do this for @/www - you can them specify one of the nameservers of your host.

You cannot add NS records in the @ namespace since that is the root of the zone.

Thank you, I have figured it out.
