No dkim signature on outgoing mails

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

mail-tester.com is saying your message doesn’t have a DKIM signature

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I checked my dns records and saw that there is a DKIM TXT record. am I getting the message that you do not have a DKIM signature because the primary DKIM key is on the hosting side?
