No data in Security Events

I have no data showing in the Security > Events dashboard. Cloudflare has been on this site for many months. I recently upgraded from the free plan to Pro. I want to see if there’s a certain IP address being blocked by Cloudflare’s rules, however there’s no data at all, for any time period. Is this normal?

Are the DNS records pointing to your web host/server proxied? If they are set to “DNS only” then requests aren’t passing through Cloudflare and are going direct to your origin.

Otherwise, what is the domain name?
