Hello, @cloonan - This isn’t related to my current account, but my primary one I’ve been locked out of for months. I had to make a new account to contact support to get help with getting the confirmation email sent to my email on my primary account, with the domain smda.dev. Simply put, when I complete the account recovery workflow, I don’t get an email sent to the email on my primary account and a support ticket isn’t being created. I’ve been stuck for a few weeks now trying to get access.
