Hello, @cloonan - This isn’t related to my current account, but my primary one I’ve been locked out of for months. I had to make a new account to contact support to get help with getting the confirmation email sent to my email on my primary account, with the domain smda.dev. Simply put, when I complete the account recovery workflow, I don’t get an email sent to the email on my primary account and a support ticket isn’t being created. I’ve been stuck for a few weeks now trying to get access. @cloonan Can you give me a hand with this? Support hasn’t responded and looking for some help getting eyes on this since I need to close my account ASAP.

I don’t see any bounced emails to the address on your ticket.

You can communicate with Support on that ticket and please cc the email you are using here and the affected email. I will flag that for my colleagues in Support
