No code received after 3 days having added my email on the TOP login screen

What is the issue you’re encountering

When I want to connect to my public hostname, I have a cloudflareaccess page that ask me my email to get a code. I added my email? But I never received any email since 3 days.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I checked if my email adress was correct multiple times. I was the case.
I checked all my inboxes, spam deleted, etc… Nothing, no email from cloudflare
I checked the support about cloudflareaccess, but found nothing that explain why after 3 days, I never received any emails.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to => Zero trust in my Cloudflare interface
Go to => Networks, then Tunnels
Clicked on => My tunnel name.
Clicked on => Edit, tehn Public Hostname
Clicked on => my public hostname
Been redirected to the cloudflareaccess OTP login page.
Added my email to get a code.
Waiting since 3 days.

Hello @tanmay, I checked the policy part of Cloudflare Zero Trust docs, and it’s good. Now I receive the emails for the OTP login. Thanks!
