I want to cancel my pro plan and delete my Cloudflare account but there is an error in the EDIT subscription plan page. I place the ticket 01337663 but did not have any response since days ago. Please, help!!! I just want to cancel the active pro plan to avoid more billings and delete my Cloudflare account. The support has not been what I expected now I just want stop more invoices for a pro plan I cannot delete (downgrade) and all I want now is to close my account and stop the nightmare. Please!!
May I ask if there are any outstanding or unpaid balance on your CF Account or even active and enabled service?
May I ask if you’ve followed the instructions to disable and cancel your subscription for Pro plan as from below article?
Was it monthly or yearly subscription?
Was it lately renewed?
Upon the subscriptions are disabled, I believe you’re able to proceed to remove your CF account. Please, be aware it might disrupt your service(s) immediately.

No, it has a valid credit card on it. Actually I was billed a few days ago for another month (that I did not wanted to pay but as I said, I cannot remove the subscription)

Yes I did tons of times but the EDIT button on page does not work. I click on it and nothing happens. It’s clearly for me a page error. Image attached on the ticket.

Yes, I was billed just a few days ago.
My problem is: I want to cancel the pro plan but when I click edit link to eliminate the subscription nothing happens. I don’t want to delete the whole account because at this point I have 0 trust in the system and I bet that even I close the account I will continue being billed… The experience has been really bad.
