No answer from billing team


I already create a topic about wrong billing amount here

After i reported to paypal, cloudflare refunded my money but they did not update Feb billing details.

And now, I’m receiving email “Your Cloudflare Payment Declined” everyday, i sent a ticket for support but no answer from billing team. Please help, i don’t want my services will be interrupted because of this issue.


It is still the same as @Withheld posted before, billing have a backlog of tickets. We, on the community, cannot do anything about it, I am sure billing will respond ASAP.
