We’ve just purchased the new $3/month Cloudflare Access plan and initially had 5/5 seats. Since upgrading, all 5 of us were unable to login – “Your Cloudflare Access organization has used all of its available seats this month.”
I tried to debug by removing 2 of the 5 seats – leaving 3/5 emails in the team access group include emails list. This hasn’t fixed the issue even though we’re now definitely under the quota. I tried to debug further by clicking “revoke all tokens” but it didn’t seem to work…
Any advice? We’ve informed Cloudflare Support but since we’re not on the business/enterprise plans it’s taking a long time to respond to the ticket. Hoping for a quick fix here as currently we’re all locked out.
