No access to Cloudflare Account

We have an inherited business domain that is managed under GoDaddy. However, they cannot modify the DNS records because the NameServers are under Cloudflare.

We do not have access to our Cloudflare account but have been using the domain for our business for years.

We need access so we can modify a DNS record because our emails are bouncing back.

How do we recover access to our Cloudflare account and get control of our own domain?

Your only option is self-service account recovery. Make sure that you are signed out.

If your are unable to recover the account, you can move your domain to a new Cloudflare account.
