No acces template makers

I am dutch and for many years member from the joomla template club “ joomlart” Yesterday there website was easy to reach . Today I get a acces denied page from Cloudflare . I ask some dutch friends and everybody get this page . I am a payed member of joomlart so I am not amused right now.

Is this a mistake in de config from Cloudflare or is the site denied from thé Netherlands

If you’re getting a page that references a 1020 error, that’s a firewall rule that the site owner created and you’ll have to check with them.
