Repeatedly attempted to upgrade to a paid Zero Trust Account using multiple cards
Confirmed with my bank that they aren’t blocking anything
Raised a ticket with Cloudflare
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Attempt to purchase the Access plan. The purchase seems to go through and even results in it showing me that I am now on the plan I’ve purchased. 30 seconds later it reverts back to the free plan
Screenshots have been attached to the ticket but they are basically just of the purchase flow and the plan reverting back to free after success

Indeed I already have - but have heard nothing from them - ticket reference - 01592525
I’m genuinely asking on the forums in the hope that some of the many people that Cloudflare have done this to could offer some tips on what actually resolved the problem. Contacting the billing department, even with the express wish to give them money seems to just go nowhere.
I’m very close to just pulling the plug and going with a different provider. Not contacting someone who wants to pay for your service speaks volumes unfortunately
