My tech logged in after I gave hime access to change DNS settings. He is on the wrong nameservers. He is on Ursla and Vic not Ganz And Molly
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
folloewd the documents on changing name servers with no luck.

The nameservers ganz
and molly
are the ones currently in use by your domain. If you are in an account where the nameservers are ursula
and vic
then you are in a different account…

You either need to log in to the account where the domain is active and make your changes there, or change the nameservers at your registrar to ursula
and vic
so the other account becomes the one where the domain is active.
I ceated my tech, he signed in an Cloudflare Free and assigned him the name servers and we ccannot change them.

Check that he is actually logging in to your account and hasn’t instead added your domain to his own account.
If in doubt, show a screenshot of the domain’s while “Overview” page including the top bar.
