NitroPack plugin for Wordpress site

Dear Cloudflarians:

I have been advised to install NitroPack plug in in my Wordpress website hosted in Bluehost through Cloudflare. Before going ahead, please let me know whether this is a wise move. I have a slow loading issue with the website currently which affects the SEO metrics and hence the decision to install NitroPack plug in.
