Nitropack + Cloudflare APO not working, return CF-Cache-Status DYNAMIC.
Hosting: Wp Engine
URL: https://pokies.bet/
Cloudflare APO is enabled and configured, already used Nitropack’s full guide on implementing Cloudflare APO. Not sure which part is not working correctly as everything is properly configured.
Greetings,
May I ask if you’ve used both of the below guides, or just one of them?
Furthermore, may I ask if you’re using some custom-made Page Rules at Cloudflare dashboard?
For a homepage or a post, category, sub-page?
If you visited and tested the page behind a VPN with a different IP, or as a logged-out user/normal visitor (Private Window / Incognito mode in different Web browser), do you get cache HIT or DYNAMIC status ?
I can see you’re having 2 caches already, alongside APO for which I cannot find any HTTP headers related to it yet:
x-cache: HIT: 5
x-nitro-cache: HIT
content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
cache-control: max-age=600, must-revalidate
The response is a HTML, which by default isn’t cached and should show cf-cache-status: DYNAMIC
:
Furthermore, may I ask if APO is enabled, active and properly configured?
If Cloudflare APO would work, then we’d expect to see:
cf-edge-cache: cache,platform=wordpress
However, there is none at your URL so far as I checked recently
Except, I might missed something from the above tutorials of Nitropack.
Used both guides, Cloudflare says on the Cloudflare dashboard and Cloudflare APO plugin that APO is working on pokies.bet and www.pokies.bet hostnames.
No page rules running. Running tests on HTTP response header check | Uptrends and gtmetrix.com using multiple countries returns DYNAMIC cache. Wonder if it’s related to DNS settings.
This website https://amayse.com/ seems to be using both products successfully. Is there a custom Cloudflare configuration needed to have Cloudflare APO and Nitropack working together?
