Nginx/ssl/cloudflare-origin-pulls.crt - What does it do?

I recently Installed Nginx on my Ubuntu server and I found that file in it.
I don’t remember I made something that regard to security recently except the fact that I changed in CloudFlare’s dashboard the DNS to point to this IP address where my site at.

Can you explain me what is that file and how it got there?
