Newest version Cloudflare Warp for Mac OS High Sierra does not work

I have Mac OS High Sierra (10.13.6). the newest version of Cloudflare WARP does not work with this version of Mac OS. It shows a persistent IPC error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times without success.

I have completely uninstalled the most recent version of WARP and reverted to verson 2022.2.248.0 (FEB of 2022). This version works with Mac OS 10.13.6.
