New "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." message appears after no rules change

Hi! My domain https://www.mindpeaceclinic.com/ is set up to point to the authoritative one we use, https://www.mindpeaceclinics.com/ - and until today this worked well using the following two CloudFlare page rules:

(Posted next, as new users can’t add multiple links)

Now all of a sudden this doesn’t work and when I go to the mindpeaceclinic (no s) version, I get the unhelpful “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.” message. Any idea where I might start in sorting this out?

My current page rules:

  1. www.mindpeaceclinic.com/ Always Use HTTPS

  2. www.mindpeaceclinic.com/* Forwarding URL (Status Code: 301 - Permanent Redirect, Url: https://www.mindpeaceclinics.com/$1)

If the “no s” version is no longer your site and you want to redirect all traffic to the “with an s” domain:

You only need one rule:

Match *mindpeaceclinic.com/* and add a Forwarding URL (301) to: https://www.mindpeaceclinics.com/$2

Can you also verify that the two Cloudflare name servers at the bottom of the DNS page for the “no s” domain are Dilbert and Erin?

This seemed to work, thank you!
