Will the new website registration service offer domain masking & domain forwarding? This service is offered by my current provided Godaddy.

It’s just a plain registrar. You pay the annual rate, and tell it which name servers to use. Beyond that, Masking and Forwarding are web services. You can do Forwarding with a Page Rule, but you’ll need domain hosting to be able to do Masking. GoDaddy is also a host, so they can offer additional website features.
