New unknown DNS settings appeard on dashboard. caused issue if loop redirection

Can someone please explain me why these DNS records appeared on my cloudflare domain dashboard?

DNS changes are caused by one of two actions:

  1. Someone logged into your account and added them.
  2. A third party (your host?) uses your API key to maintain your DNS records here. (It’s usually this)

If you check the Audit Log at the top of dash.cloudflare.com, it should show when and how this happened.

Thank you. redirection seems like caused by wrong server IP, after fix, website appears working. will let them how they are currently setted up.
