New to Cloudflare, HTTPS:// worked 2 days then error, can not get website back up. Need help please

I set up my medical practice website (Host Namecheap) on Cloudflare Sat. 6/30. By Sun. 7/1 all pages and functions worked correctly, i.e. Http:// resolved to and all other iterations resolved to https as planned. This worked through Mon 7/1 an until around 10:30 am Tue and then page(s) are down and I am unable to get them back.

Initially I got error 1016 (I think) “Origin DNS error” and a long number referencing Cloudflare but I lost the image.
Please help me get my website back up.

Right now there is no A record for, so you need to create that first.

OK, I think I understand this. I’m learning this side of web functioning as I go, so bear with me. Do I use the address of Namecheap or Homestead? I assume it should be Namecheap since that is the WHOIS server, right? If so, how do I find the value (i.p. ) for Namecheap?

So I deleted this domain from Cloudflare and will try again from scratch. Right now my critical medical office website is down, I need a consultant to help me get this set up properly right away. Our patients are not able to submit their prescription refill requests among other things. Any recommendations? Thanks
