New Phone can NOT access CF via 2FA?

Hello,

We have another Cloudflare account for our company, which we had for many years.

I recently got a new cell phone and used the data tranfer app between phone at TMobil before returning my old one and activating my new one.

Most of my data and apps were transfered Ok and are functioning well.

However, we used CF 2FA with microsoft Authenticator App. When I log into, via to new phone, MS Authenicator App it no longer shows CF as a 2FA option.

I tried going into CF and request the “verify account” option but I am not getting any emails from them…we tried multiple times and also added Cloudflare to the safe sender list today with no luck.

We tried reach support via phone, hotline, and, as mentioned, multiple email/account verification attempts.

We need to access our CF account asap…PLEASE assist.

The easiest will be to use one of the backup codes that you printed when you enabled 2FA on your account:

If the recovery process fails because you do not receive emails from Cloudflare, maybe @cloonan could check if your email address ended up on the suppression list.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. The second link seems like the one you want.
