I have updated nameservers and it says fine but i am unable to see the dns and mxtool is reporting not dns found after more than 24 hours
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Guys I’m a bit perplexed. website was working fine. I logged in to see what would need to be changed so I can move to a new server. I see cloudflare says the domain name servers you have are no longer being used you need to change them asap . I log in and make the change. this domain does not use dnssec in the traditional sense. so at first I thought it was that . Contacted Godaddy technical support and they say all is fine on thier end. they say I have done everything I should. but the website is still not up i’m at my wit’s end.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Hope these two images also give a better pictrure of what I’m facing …am i suppost to go and copy the original dns recoirds again ? I am just stuck at the moment and nothing is working
You have changed the nameservers at your registrar in the last day or so so it looks like you have added the domain to a different Cloudflare account where it is now active but it has no DNS records, as in your screenshot.
Thank you. I have now populated the dns with the one on the working site… fingers cross I will wait a few hours to check again. …thanks for your swift answer it is really appreciated
