New Member not receiving access email

I’m adding a new member’s gmail address and they are not receiving any notifications, nor apparently are the emails going to spam. I have no oversight on the user’s password. What am I supposed to do?

You’ll probably need to provide more context about what you’re trying to do. New member for what?

A new member administrator. Trying to give my web developer access.

It’s possible that this is just a result of the dashboard and API issues Cloudflare was experiencing yesterday. Give it another try now.

In that case, you should probably open a support ticket.

The email should come from [email protected], can you check that the member you are trying to add has that address allowed and that the emails haven’t been filtered out?

If not, and they are generally receiving emails OK then you will need to open a ticket so they can check on this.
