New IP Locked in Portugal (MEO)

Hi,

Just got notice of a few sites that were reported to be down from clients… went to check it although they open correctly on other ISP or with a VPN via MEO they are showing up as a wrong ip of 104.21.35.10).

Seems that this has appened before according to some records on the forum, but with different ip’s.

Can something be done? Cant quite just say to clients that they are offline for Portugal, Meo Clients…

have other domains in the same account that have other Cloudflare ip’s and this issue does not occurs.

Any thoughts?
