New IP in order to access to the account

I would like to authorize a person to manage my account. I can’t find in my profile where I can add its IP. in order that he can access to the account.

If you mean managing your Cloudflare account and domains, the other person would need to have their own Cloudflare account. Once they make that, you can add them on the members page.
