What is the name of the domain?
1yt.us , invitationmessage.pro
What is the issue you’re encountering
Unable to connect the domain to a new server; the DNS still points to the old IP.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Deleted the domain from Cloudflare and added it back.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS not responding/updating
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
deleting the old server and attempting to connect the domain to a new one while observing DNS behavior.
I’ve been struggling with my domain, invitationmessage.pro, for over 48 hours. The DNS is correctly pointing the “@” record to the new IP, but the wildcard record “*” is still not showing up. Additionally, the new domain I just purchased, 1yt.us , is also displaying the old IP. Despite making changes in Cloudflare, the updates aren’t reflecting. I’m still trying to resolve these DNS issues.

If you temporary Pause Cloudflare, does your Website respond and work fine over the HTTPS?
Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
May I ask if:
Your origin host does support HTTPS? (web server configuration, web hosting provider)
Is HTTPS configured to serve for your domain? (vhost file)
Have you got a valid SSL certificate covering your domain? (might be expired)
Are HTTPS ports open and available at origin host? (might be closed)
Are Cloudflare IP addresses allowlisted? (might not be allowlisted)
What SSL settings have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your domain name? (hopefully not Flexible)

Regarding 521 port, what else have you tried for troubleshooting?
Error
Try the suggestions in this Community Tip to help you fix Error 521 : Web server is down.
Background
A 521 error happens when we are unable to make a TCP connection to your origin server. Specifically, Cloudflare tried to connect to your origin server on port 80 or 443, but received a connection refused error. This is often caused by security or firewall software and happens if the origin server has directly refused Cloudflare’s proxy request.

Meaning, you don’t get any response over 80 (HTTP) neither 443 (HTTPS) from Cloudflare to the origin host.
