New err ssl version or cipher mismatch

The DNS of the https: www.storiedirally.it site point to Cloudflare, the configuration is correct and set to strict, the settings are the ones I have always used (force HTTPS, TLS 1.3 …), the CA certificate and the key are installed on the server since this morning and expire in 2036, but I get an ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH error if I activate the DNS proxies. I don’t see any active universal certificates in my CloudFlare account, I don’t know why I can request it for free, and I can’t contact support from my free account. What can I do? I need help. Please

Hi @user16482,

Currently I see the origin certificate as the records seem to be unproxied. Can you post a screenshot of your SSL/TLS → Edge Certificates page?

records are now not proxies. if you want to activate them

At the bottom of the Edge Certificates page, have you disabled Universal SSL?

If you have the option to enable it, do that.

If it’s already enabled, disable it, wait 5 minutes and re-enable it.

I have activated the proxies and it gives the error, you can see …
Universal is enabled. It says that if I disable it, it will no longer be possible to ask for certificates. I disable proxies and also disable Universal and wait 5 minutes?

Yes, I see it.

Yes, disable it, wait for 5 minutes and re-enable it.

While you’re doing that, just check that the DNS page, under your records, are the nameservers listed meg and matt?

I did as you said and now a universal certificate appears for storiedirally.it. She did not appear before. Thank you.
What do I have to do now?

Great, you should just be able to proxy the DNS records again and it should work as expected.

Yes, it works perfectly. Thanks very much for the help. You have been very kind. Happy New Year 2022
