New Domain DNS Records

Hi,
I am new to Cloudflare and purchased a brand new domain so there are no DNS records associated with it.

What DNS records should I Add. I will be hosting the site and emails with Webfaction.

The DNS records you need to add to CF should be given to you by your host, webfaction. They will likely want you to add some A or CNAME records, and MX records. Follow their instructions.
