New domain after setup shows- SSL VERSION OR CIPHER MISMATCH

Hi

So I set a new domain 2 days ago.
It is stuck on the SSL issuance level

That is the domain.
I believe the proccess is stuck on CF side due to the glitch they had with the core centers:

Could someone assist?

Your site loads fine for me.

Resolved on its own over night.
I guess that is part of the recovery of CF that they had to do.
