New DNS Records are removed automatically

Hi All,

I am facing issue with my cloudflare account. Whenever, I add a new DNS record, it removed after few hours automatically.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

This is usually caused by a third party, such as Ezioc, who has the API key to your account. You’d have to check the Audit Log at the top of dash.cloudflare.com to see what’s triggering the removal.

Yes, it was some API requests deleted the records. I have updated the Global API key in our Cloudflare account. Hope this helps
