I recently received an email from the host of my website, GoDaddy, that DNS changes were recently detected, with new AAAA values replacing the old ones. The message states:
If you recognize these changes, there is nothing to worry about. If you are not sure why these changes occurred, we recommend that you contact your DNS provider for more information.
The DNS settings are currently with Cloudflare, and I have no idea why there was any change at all. What am I supposed to look out for?
in the DNS dashboard you shouldn’t worry at all, since Cloudflare sometimes changes IPs around for various reasons (mitigation, rotations, etc.).
