I recently started a domain through square space. www.thefunnelmix.com it us being hosted on kajabi for a course that I am selling. I need a professional custom email. When I have tried to sign up with microsoft for the custom email, it points me to a Cloudflare log in- I guess because kajabi is hosted with cloudflare. I only signed up for an account now with cloudflare because I dont have a log in that would work and now I am stuck. Kajabi entered my DNS settings needed for the Microsoft custom email but microsoft can not verify the domain because I do not have a cloudflare log in (well until I just set this one up but its not connected to my business) Can you help me to get this sorted out. Kajabi is no help.
If you are using nameservers provided to you by Kajabi, you’ll have to manage your DNS records through their system as explained here:

yes kajabi has added those records given to me by Microsoft but there is a disconnect because in order to get the email, I am logged in at microsoft and it says verify and then it opens a cloudflare log in. Which I don’t have. So I believe kajabi has something wrong that it is pointing me to a cloudflare log in instead of a kajabi log in.
but kajabi is not giving me a cloudflare log in so I thought is there something I could do if I start my own Cloudflare account just to ask this question
Microsoft can automatically set the records up if you have a Cloudflare account, but there should also be a manual option that you can use, which does not require a Cloudflare login.
If you share the records you were asked to add, we can check for you if the records were added correctly or not.

Please use CTRL+E to put the records into what is called “preformatted text”. URLs within this will not be converted to links automatically.

You can also select “preformatted text” from the menu if you reply from a phone or something else.

ok I haven’t used control E but when I paste the info and then highlight and do control E is still give me the error. When I hit control E and then paste it - still the same error

That’s a screenshot of what your records currently are, not what Microsoft asked you to create. So it’s a bit pointless to check if these are correct.
But still, you should choose the manual option when setting the DNS records in Microsofts menu, not the automatic Cloudflare setup. That should help you proceed.
