New CNAME Record

Hi there,
My DNS is pointing at Cloudflare and works fine I have successfully added various A & CNAME records but when I try to add a new CNAME I get this message “This record is managed externally. To request changes, pls contact your provider”

Any idea/suggestion pls?

What’s the domain? And can you post a screenshot of what you’re trying to do?

And this is the message I get in the "Blue: circle: This record is managed externally. To request changes, pls contact your provider!

Clickfunnels uses Cloudflare, so you can’t layer your own Cloudflare over their Cloudflare.

Is something on your site not working?

My website is working fine.
ClickFunnels suggested I use Cloudflare to target their given URL!
