I have just created an account within the last day, and I am unable to do anything- including creating a website or registering a domain. I also receive a 403 error when I attempt to access the billing tab.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have already tried logging in with incognito mode, performed a hard refresh, as well as cleared my cache for the last 24hrs.

I tried again, and I’m still receiving authentication and permission-related errors.
I’ve also cleared my cache again, ran in incognito, as well as tried accessing via my phone and on the main page I still get “Authentication error (Code: 10000)”.

I have attempted to create a ticket following your link, and I’m unable to even do that. I receive the error “Authentication error (Code: 10000)”.
Checking on the dev console, I am seeing a lot of HTTP status 403 being returned, especially when attempting to submit a ticket.

I’m still unable to create a ticket or even do anything on my Cloudflare dash because of the error.

If that error continues, login to dash.cloudflare.com click → Support → Contact Cloudflare → select Account and complete the form top to bottom. At the bottom, select that you need to create a ticket.

I did try to submit a ticket initially, but it wouldn’t let me because error 10000 would appear when I tried to create a ticket after filling out all the details.

The error did disappear eventually.
