New account has an error Authentication Error Code 10000

My account has just been created, and I have verified it via email. When I try to log in, I encounter the error ‘Authentication Error Code 10000.’ I am unable to use any features, including sending a support ticket, which also returns the error ‘Authentication Error Code 10000.’ What should I do?
