I have a new account which can’t do anything in, just bombarded with authentication error 1000 bars, can’t even submit a support ticket.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have cleared cache, tried other browsers, set up 2fa, pretty much everything and doesn’t work. I saw old threads with this issue years ago which seemed to be fixed from your side
Thanks for the reply Yassine, I looked at this page but don’t see how it could relate to a brand new account - I can’t even add dns or anything in the account ever, because I get an auth error. This is literally from the first instance I signed up I have never been able to do anything in the dashboard or see any data with this auth error. I can imagine maybe something went wrong during account creation that left an a record there or something, but I don’t know how I could action this from my side.
