New account, Authentication error (Code: 10000)

Hello i have created a new account and instantly after creating it i have started to recieve Authentication error (Code: 10000) messages everywhere on the website.

I have tried multiple times submiting a support ticked on my account but when i click the submit ticked button im greeted yet again by the 10000 error. I do not know how to proceed to fix this
