New account Authentication Error (#10000)

What is the name of the domain?

I don’t have a domain yet because I haven’t been able to register one because of this error.

What is the error number?

10000

What is the error message?

Authentication error / 403 - not authorized

What is the issue you’re encountering

I just created an account to register a domain but I keep getting the Authentication error (10000) when I click on the Domain Registration pages along with a 403 error that I’m not authorized to view the page.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried clearing the cache and going through Incognito Mode as suggested in another post. I have also used a different browser.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Click on any of the Domain Registration options.

Can you try from incognito. mode?

If you keep getting the error, can you create an Account ticket and share your ticket number here? You can open an Account ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

I tried incognito mode and I get a help page titled “Cannot locate dashboard account” when I try to create a ticket. Since it’s a free account, this page refers me to the Community forum.
