What is the issue you’re encountering

I tried routing another email address to my main email address but I can’t because I never received the verification email. Wondering is my domain on the suppression list?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • checked spam folder
  • inbox is almost empty
  • added [email protected] to contacts
  • tried to send the email again- nothing happened

I have now removed this email from the suppression list, can you try this action again?
