Never installed Cloudflare

I never installed Cloudflare on my PC before, and now I have no way of uninstalling/disabling the service. I am not sure where it came from, but I have no way of actually stopping it. It was never an issue before, just a bit annoying when blocking some sites. It became a problem when it blocked my college’s sub-websites for certain things.

How do I remove/disable this service?

Weird
Does it run in the background on startup or?

Using Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs.

Otherwise, double-check your Services (via CTRL+ALT+DELETE → Task Manager and then select the tab Services), or install CodeStuff Starter, again go to the tab Services and locate the cloudflare’s one to disable it.

I followed everything you said, but there is nothing there. No app, no installed program, nothing. Yet for some odd reason, anytime I go to certain websites, I keep getting this error message. “This challenge page was accidentally cached by an intermediary and is no longer available. Performance & security by [Cloudflare]”

There’s nothing installed on your machine, this is a cloud based service used by website operators to provide security and performance.
