NetworkError: Uncaught NetworkError: Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest'

I am seeing big uptick in these errors starting about 6 weeks ago (Dec 15th). Mostly in Chrome v99, windows. I’ve gotten around 800 of these errors.

Any resolution or reason why this just started happening?
