Network thinks Cloudflare site has Malware. How to fix?

I know I could reach out to the network blocking my site, but what settings can I change on Cloudflare to ensure this doesn’t happen on other networks/VPN’s?

I’ve attached screenshots to show what happens when they go to my website. It’s a very simple site right now, no malware.

I think I fixed it by configured it to always redirect to https. I’ll have confirmation soon!
