Resolved - Cloudflare investigated issues with network performance in Incheon (ICN), South Korea.
The impact was detected from 02:24:00 UTC (April, 11 2021) to 02:34:00 UTC (April, 11 2021). This has since been resolved, and network performance has been restored.
