Network latency has been spiked for Asia ( India, Singapore etc ) in last 2 days

Usual ping time (with cloudflare optimization ) for our website https://2Factor.in used to be
< 50 ms but now our users are reporting that they are seeing 200-700 ms

Direct ping time to IP (from India) = 23 ms

Support ticket raised, no solution yet

Do we need to alter any setting in the Cloudflare panel?

Any hint?

I have reported this on twitter too but no response yet.

Earlier ping response time for our website was < 50 ms. Not its in 200-600 ms.

Hello,

Recently we have started noticing spike in DNS ping time too.
Earlier it used to be < 50 ms ( till 2 days back ) but suddenly it has spiked to 200-600 ms

I have reported the same to cloudflare and also on twitter but no response yet.

Hello,

We have website hosted on Indian servers and I am pinging from India to see the ping latency.

When I ping without Cloudflare, it shows ~ 20 ms
But after turning on Cloudflare is shows 300-700 ms latency.

I also checked https://2factor.in/cdn-cgi/trace but it shows request is responded with IAD location, whereas for Cloudflare.com and Digitalocean.com it shows correct resolution. Please see below data. ( due to this our users are experiencing increased network latency and they have started complaining for slow API responses )

Also seeing the same here in Australia, many domains routed to LAX, IAD, ATL (well over 200ms away)

What is the solution to this problem?

The solution is you pay for Pro/Business/Enterprise,

Or use Cloudflare WARP for Desktop
