net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID on the client side

Hi!
I have a client who uses our Shopify app. The app is distributed from our domain. The issue is when a client visits his store, the app doesn’t work on the storefront, and there is an error in the browser console: net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

This issue appears only when he uses Windows with any browser. But when he uses macOS or a smartphone - there is no error and the app works properly. Also, there is no problem when he uses a smartphone with mobile internet. He cleaned all browser data and cash - but didn’t help.
Our domain has a valid SSL certificate, and Total TLS enabled with Google Trust Service.

What is the problem can be?

Thanks!!

Update: Need to notice, that the domain is hosted on Cloudflare, and it pointed to Cloudflare Worker. Also, the SSL is issued via Edge Certificates.

Can we take any measures to avoid such a problem?
