What is the issue you’re encountering

I have a problem in my domain that some users that trying to access it from their phone getting the net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error and cant go in. Im using cloudflare proxy and advanced Edge Certificates from google trust services for all my domains and sub domains.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i have tried to changed settings on cloudflare console.
also i ran a few ssl check tests and its all seems to work just fine.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

It happens mostly on certin isp that have a cyber protect programs.

It sounds like they intercept the connection which will trigger the message shown.

I understand. Im trying to contact this isp to understand why but yet, why they intercepting the connection with my site and not other similar sites? There’s something i can do about it in terms of dns and cloudflare settings?
