Our company recently underwent staffing changes and we do not have a losing for the website/domain update

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have worked with Loanzify and created a whole website that is hosted on Cloudlflare and we cannot launch it due to lack of credentials due to changing staff. We have reach out via ticket support with no luck, phone calls go nowhere, and Cloudflare says we can interact with them on social media which is also not a usable route. They have their messages restricted and comments limited so there is literally no way to get ahold of the company we pay for services. Please any information is greatly appreciated. the reddit threads on contacting Cloudflare Support as well are leaning towards nothing but bad news.

What exactly is the issue? Was the Cloudflare account created with a company email address or the employees private email address?

If it was a company address, what’s stopping you from using the account recovery procedure? 2FA?

The issue is we are working with a web developer and they’re trying to launch our website but need updated credentials from the domain hosting site (cloudflare)

We aren’t able to login to cloudflare to update the credentials or even request a code to change the password due to staffing changes.

I created an individual account to attempt at communication with Cloudflare/take ownership of said domain, and its proving to be more difficult than anticipated.

I need to connect Cadencelending.com to my email address ([email protected]) so we can proceed with giving credentials to Loanzify to launch our updated site.

Please answer this question.

It was created with a company email, we believe the email was [email protected] and we’ve tried to login with this email and request a new password but we aren’t getting any “update password” type of responses.

Have you tried the Forgot your email? recovery option to see if you receive a notification to any company email address?

Yes we’ve tried that and we are not receiving an email to reset the login information.

I’ve just tried to send you a message via Cloudflare’s domain contact form. Did you receive that message?

And in your mail logs, no attempts have been made at all to deliver that email?

I don’t work for Cloudflare, I’m just a community member.

But from experience, I can say that your chances aren’t very good if you don’t have access to the email address that was used to register the account.
